“I’d like you to kiss me,” says Margaery one afternoon, perched on her bed with her hands clasped in her lap. Her eyes hang upon the back of her maid, who is carefully packing away Margaery’s blue silk dress, taking great care not to crush or mishandle the delicate cloth. Layla’s hands are thin, bones rippling like pebbles beneath her skin, but she is ever so gentle. Margaery likes it best when she brushes her hair, not Justine; Layla treats her chestnut tresses like gems, and never protests too much when Margaery wants to brush hers too.
For a moment, she thinks that she was not heard, but then Layla stands, and on her way to the window to collect the yellow muslin dress, she swoops down, and presses a quick kiss to Margaery’s cheek.
Margaery smiles, watching Layla bustle back to the chest. Layla is only two years older than she is, but she is terribly single-minded. It’s not something that she can quite be blamed for; Justine is a hard, firm teacher, and has been with the family since the age of ten. Layla has learnt everything by her hand and at her knee; has learnt to count victories in gentle nods and broken trinkets. Margaery will not try to undo her upbringing; more than anyone else, perhaps, Tyrells know the value of serving well.

Twin Cats Always Mirror Each Other in Sleep
Scientists are baffled by twin cats, Merry and Pippin, who reportedly always sleep in an exact mirror image of one another.
“Even if we place them in disparate starting positions or in separate rooms, they somehow always wind up sleeping exactly like the other,” said leading cat biologist and feline sleep expert Dr. Tobias Winslow. ”I’ve never seen anything like it.”
A polysomnogram revealed nothing out of the ordinary about the cats’ brain functions, eye movements, muscle activity, breathing or heart rhythms. ”We had expected to find that Merry and Pip were synched up on an internal level,” explained Winslow, “but it is literally just in the way they position their bodies for slumber.”
More tests will be done later this month during a scheduled comprehensive sleep study.

A runaway star, plowing through the depths of space and piling up interstellar material before it, can be seen in this ultraviolet image from NASA’s Galaxy Evolution Explorer. The star, called CW Leo, is hurtling through space at about 204,000 miles per hour (91 kilometers per second), or roughly 265 times the speed of sound on Earth. It is shedding its own atmosphere to form a sooty shell of discarded material. This shell can be seen in the center of this image as a bright circular blob.
The size of the bubble (called the “astrosheath”) has allowed astronomers to estimate that CW Leo has been shedding its atmosphere for about 70,000 years. This is part of the star’s natural life cycle as it runs out of hydrogen fuel and gradually throws off its outer layers to expose its bare, dying core. This core is called a white dwarf, and is the end product of all low-mass stars like our sun. (x)

…This is just a stunning, stunning instance of boyfriending, you guys. STUNNING. Liam and Zayn are flawless giggly boyfriends who answer each other with “obviously, I do” when asked about their sleep habits. Louis is a ridiculous human being and I don’t know how I’ve gone this long without him in my fandom life. And Harry is the winner at the end. Of course Harry is the winner at the end. He didn’t even play, but he’s always the winner in Louis’ book.
